AUDIT AND REPORTING (INCLUDING VENDORS / CONTRACTORS)
- Activity to begin with a detail audit covering inspection of all records, registers, remittances etc. at all locations to ascertain current health / status of Labour Compliances / reporting. Vendors audit will take place quarterly at CLIENT corporate office.
- SDK Team to visit CLIENT locations wherever required and prepare compliance report for each of the locations.
- The above activity will also involve detailed discussions with the relevant stake holders to understand scope (time and spread) of the operations in the near to long term perspective.
- A final consolidated report to be provided to CLIENT covering all locations and operations for review. CLIENT to provide feedback before final sign off.
- Post audit and sign off from CLIENT implementation would start with a migration plan (action plan) which captures all activities to be done and prepares.
